Islam,  Aceh dan Demokrasi Transformatif · Oleh: Yusdani Pendahuluan Setelah jatuhnya rezim Orde Baru, perkembangan pemikiran Islam dan wacana demokrasi di Indonesia menemukan fase barunya. Hal ini ditandai oleh hadirnya berbagai kelompok Islam yang meneruskan gagasan tokoh dan organisasi Islam yang telah menjadi mainstream sebelum reformasi. Bersamaan dengan itu, muncul pula gerakan-gerakan baru Islam yang mengusung pemikiran yang berbeda. Mengemukanya berbagai pemikiran Islam ini menandai betapa responsif umat Islam terhadap terbukanya ruang publik, menandai pula sensitivitas mereka pada dinamika politik di negeri ini.
